Bavaria shifts the price limits. The entry-level ten-metre class now costs 120000 marks. Save money and still do without anything.
The Bavaria 32 Holiday has great lines. She is great fun to sail downwind and reacts lively to the rudder without appearing nervous. She is very stiff, but appears "pre-reefed", especially on rough courses and in light winds. The minor faults can easily be rectified by a dedicated local dealer or on your own initiative. The excellent price-performance ratio is not jeopardised. The handy yacht is just as suitable for a charter crew as it is for a family.
